The Bistro at Maison de Ville opened in 1986 and almost instantly became a signature of Nouvelle Creole cuisine in the French Quarter. The French- and Creole-inspired food is effortlessly complimented by an ornate Parisian interior—red leather banquettes, beveled-glass mirrors, natural wood flooring and Impressionist-style paintings. Al-fresco dining in the courtyard is permitted, and an on-staff wine expert will guide you through the Bisto’s extensive list of available bottles.
