The Del’s 757 rooms are located in the Victorian, Towers, and California Cabana buildings and the new Beach Village, which is comprised of 78 exclusive oceanfront cottages and villas. Premier rooms, located in the Victorian building, are large rooms between 360 and 400 square feet. These spacious rooms are ideal for an extended stay or for families. Premier rooms offer a touch of style combined with the sophisticated class of the Victorian era. Some rooms offer views.

Junior suites, located in the Victorian building, are extra large rooms between 420 to 650 square feet. These guest rooms feature a sitting area that includes a couch and overstuffed chair. The sitting area is part of the rooms and is not separated by a wall. These rooms may be upgraded to include partial or full ocean views.

Victorian suites, located in the Victorian building, are 600 square feet or more. They all feature separate living and bedrooms areas. Some offer partial and full ocean views.

Signature suites, located in the Victorian building, are 600 square feet or more. These spacious suites feature separate living and bedrooms areas and balconies with sweeping views of the Pacific.

Resort suites, located in the Towers building, are 600 square feet or more and have a separate living and bedrooms areas. These suites offer either sweeping views of the ocean or expanded space.
