The Tap Room
Casually elegant, the Tap Room offers the most sought after view of Historic Main Street and its Victorian charm. Lounge by the vintage mahogany bar, in an atmosphere evoking the Jazz Age, while sipping one of our Signature Martinis. Enjoy all day dining overlooking the heart of Bethlehem’s historic district. Live jazz performances add to the 1920’s atmosphere. Friday Happy Hour with live musicians enliven those who join us for cocktails or dinner.

In addition to being the Restaurant Manager, Federica Muggenburg is a trained and knowledgeable wine professional, who specializes in all facets of wine service.

She sees to the development of the wine list and works closely with the culinary team to pair wines that will best compliment each particular food menu item.

If you have an interest in Wine, The Historic Hotel Bethlehem is offering a series of Wine Tasting Seminars.
