Set in the woodlands of southeastern Connecticut, The Spa at Norwich Inn is a premier resort situated on 42 landscaped acres of trees, perennial gardens, ponds, and an inviting, placid reflecting pool. We are home to an elegant, full-service spa boasting 36 treatment areas offering a blend of beauty and body treatments as well as fitness programs and nutritional instruction designed to restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Guests may choose from a range of program packages or select from an a la carte menu of services, allowing each guest to customize their stay to address specific needs.

We pride ourselves on the personalized attention our guests deserve. Uniformed Valet attendants are available to park your car. Cheerful Doormen greet you upon arrival. Our bellman will gladly deliver your luggage to your guest room. Guests are housed in the original Georgian manor, opened in 1930, with 49 rooms and 4 suites, offering four-poster beds, plush robes, and in-room spa amenities; and in 51 adjacent Villas, offering the ultimate in privacy. Each villa features a bedroom, kitchenette, living room with working fireplace, and private balcony.

Following World War II, the Inn fell on hard times, even serving as a "holding tank" for the local police department.
