The Historic Tidewater Inn
   Easton, Maryland

Today, the community of Easton ranks as one of the best small towns in America, with its tree-lined streets, beautifully preserved Colonial and Victorian architecture and Tidewater hospitality. The Tidewater Inn is ideally located in the bustling downtown area and the Tidewater Terrace is a popular spot for al fresco dining or enjoying drinks with friends. Guests will find themselves in the heart of this vibrant artistic community, close to dozens of local galleries, boutiques and restaurants. Easton is also known for its lively annual festivals and special events.

Ground was broken for the Inn in 1947, but postwar shortages of steel and plumbing slowed construction.
