The creative venture of Airlie's Culinary Director Jeff Witte and Executive Chef Jeremy Anderson, Gourmet On-Demand Dining is an innovative food service program that delivers thoughtful, upscale cuisine throughout the property. Utilizing ingredients grown on-site in the four-acre organic culinary garden, Airlie Gourmet On-Demand elevates traditional on-the-go food service, featuring Virginia fare prepared using techniques from around the world, served in a simplistic—yet sophisticated—burlap sack.
Available all-day, the inspired menu offers modern regional cuisine, focused on local sources and sustainable ingredients. Entrées and charcuterie are sourced from pasture-raised beef, chicken, and eggs, while vegetables and fruits are sourced from the in-house four-acre organic garden and other notable local farms. The menu also features beverages, including signature cocktails incorporating LFP Garden ingredients, local and sustainable Wine selections, local craft beer, and standard soda, juice, iced tea, and coffee offerings.
Airlie Gourmet On-Demand Dining is available property-wide, including guest accommodations, the pub, pool-side, LFP garden, and all other common areas.
