Three meeting rooms are available on site with a combined square footage of 1,700 feet. For small board meetings and luncheons, there’s the quaint, quiet Province Room. Located at the opposite end of the mezzanine level is the Tuscany. Grander in scale, this meeting room is perfect for seminars, banquets and receptions—especially weddings and bar and bat mitzvahs.
Overall, the Ambassador can accommodate groups from six to 75. Special group rates are available, and some of the 55 rooms in the hotel are connecting and can sleep up to five. The Chalkboard restaurant specializes in catering services, and the old-world stature of the hotel has served as a glorious locale for many weddings. All Ambassador Hotel meeting facilities offer complete audio-visual services. The hotel is also one mile from the Tulsa Convention Center.
