Antrim 1844 features 40 guest rooms, many with fireplaces and Jacuzzi® tubs. Tennis courts, an outdoor pool, a croquet lawn, and a putting green, and a gift shop are also available, as is turndown service.
Guests start the day with a continental breakfast served outside their bedroom door. A formal breakfast is served between 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., and afternoon tea is offered from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Amenities vary by each individually-furnished room, but may include steam showers, four poster beds, two-person Jacuzzi® tubs, bidets, balconies, wood-burning fireplaces, skylights, VCRs, sitting rooms, private entrances, gas fireplaces, private courtyards, feather beds, and dataports. Handicapped accessible rooms are also available. All rooms have clock radios, compact disc players and hair dryers.
To preserve the Country House atmosphere, there are no telephones in the individual guest rooms. Children 12 and over are welcome at the hotel. Wood-burning fireplace season is mid October through mid-April (weather permiting).
