The hotel is home to the Louisiana Heritage Café & School of Cooking, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The bright, open café overlooks the hotel’s courtyard and serves an extensive menu of Louisiana favorites, along with seafood, salads, soups and pastas, in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. The Café offers entertaining culinary lessons and demonstrations that are open to the public for a fee.
