The Cranwell Spa and Golf Resort offers 114 lavishly appointed guestrooms in several different buildings throughout the resort. Buildings include:

• The Mansion
  This 100-year-old Tudor mansion features common rooms with opulent furnishings from around the world and decorated in 19th century English arts and crafts. The Mansion houses 13 rooms and suites which provide the most spectacular views of the mountains. Throw in the added convenience of being in the same building as the lounge and dining rooms, guests are almost a handbell away from being served hand and foot.
• Beecher's
  A historic building with a shingled Queen Anne facade, mansard roof, and veranda overlooks the first tee of the golf course. The building, erected in 1882 houses 25 guest rooms decorated with a contemporary flair while still retaining old world charm and maintains the original 3 story spiral staircase. The guestrooms at Beecher's house are some of the more spacious rooms at Cranwell Spa and Golf Resort.
• Carriage House
  Modeled after the original Carriage House, this new design evokes the glory of the original 1890s building. The 18 guestrooms include a fully ADA-compliant accommodation with a roll-in shower, and artwork that tells the history of the landmark property as well as the surrounding area. The Carriage House is also connected to the spa by a glass-enclosed heated walkway.
• Founders
  Also linked to the spa, guests can admire a beautiful mural depicting a serene forest. This building features a cozy fireplace which lends itself to a warm and inviting lobby. Guestrooms include whirlpool tubs, connecting rooms, balconies and terraces. Garden level and first floor rooms are wheelchair accessible in this 27 room building.
• Olmstead Manor
  Named after the original landscape architect of Cranwell, Fredrick Law Olmstead, this building houses 12 guestrooms and suites, the Front Desk and Concierge Desk. All guestrooms are accessible by elevator.
• Cottage Suites
  These accommodations provide extra space for those requiring the convenience of a wet bar or kitchenette. A total of 10 suites are ideal for families or extended stays. The Cottage Suites are pet friendly and rooms are located just outside the entrance to the spa and are not connected by an enclosed walkway.
