Greyfield’s 200 acres of secluded oceanfront property offer guests ample opportunity for recreation. Beachcombing, bird-watching, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and bicycling are among the many options. Greyfield has two full-time naturalists on staff who give a daily jeep tour of the island for guests. This and other outings by arrangement, such as birding walks, are available to all guests and are included in the basic rate. Private tours are available at an additional charge by advance reservation. The inn’s well-stocked library contains plenty of books, and the spacious veranda is an ideal place for enjoying them. Also relaxing are the therapeutic massages available by advance reservation.
