  • Nice and comfortable

    This hotel is quite comfortable and well located within walking distance of many good restaurants, businesses and sites. The rooms are clean and the staff are polite and very helpful. One quibble, lighting in the room could be a little better, but that's a matter of personal preference. I recommend Hilton Chicago to any business traveller.

  • SHRM conference

    Check in was a time and hassle free- thanks Missy.
    The location of hotel was so well worth price. Lots of things to do around hotel. A few clicks to the lake front. All the amenities you want or could use.

    Hotel staff conscientious about making your stay a good experience.

    Definitely a repeat stay !

  • DIRTY place in good location

    I stayed at this hotel 4 nights and it was one of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in my life (I am gold member of HHonors for 4 years in a row). Even though the hotel is located centrally and has an amazing history at some point management decided not to give a s!@# anymore. People working at the reception are very unpleasant, unhelpful and rude. Rooms are really terrible - I am allergic to dust and started to sneeze the first minute I walked into the room. I found spiders' webs in the bathroom and the linen on the corridor was lying for 2 days. I left the card on the bed asking to clean up the room from the dust and spiders but the message was ignored. Apparently housekeeping decided not to give a s!@# too. I will never stay at this hotel. As a matter of fact this hotel will always have guests regardless of the conditions of accommodation however I would advise you to look for a room somewhere else!

  • Please stop the noise!

    I usually love Hilton properties. I got a room on the eighth floor which I found out is by the pool. After unpacking and settling in, I realized it's impossible to sleep. I have a four-year-old and a 18 month old grand child staying here with me. They can't sleep due to all the talking in the hallway. Don't stay on the eighth floor. It's going to be a long night.

  • Exceptional service

    The Chicago Hilton and its staff went above and beyond to make us feel as special as any President that stayed here before us. Room was immaculate, staff was pleasant and curious, food was delicious with all the luxuries of a perfect mini vacation in a beautiful city. Highly recommended if you want to feel like royalty on your next trip. Thank you Chicago Hilton ....your team rocks!
