    You could not ask for a more accommodating staff experience than at this hotel. Wonderful people. The location in downtown is excellent. The bar area (retro done well) was inviting and the lounge singer was a treat. Great place to stay.

  • Grande Dame

    The Hilton Netherland Plaza is one of the Grande Dame hotels of the Hilton brand. It is in a great location in the Central Business District (CBD) and connected to the remaining Skyway bridges in the CBD. It is my main choice when staying in Cincinnati.

  • Would not Stay Again

    Rooms, bathroom are tiny, dingy and unwelcoming. Mold, peeling paint, really small beds etc. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I was not comfortable there at all and found it difficult to sleep because I did not feel good in that hotel room. There is nowhere to put your items in the bathroom and the overall feel was just not pleasant. Also parking is expensive in the vicinity. If you want to stay in a nice, clean and comfortable hotel this is not it from my perspective. WI-FI was not dependable in the room. Restaurant food expensive, limited and not good. I would not book here again.

    The only good thing about this place is it is across from a mall and walking distance to restaurants. Also, the staff were nice and helpful.

  • We love it so much we even use it for a staycation!

    Everything is wonderful about this hotel...unique architecture and decor, comfortable amenities, delicious in-house restaurant, and more! My husband and I love this hotel so much that we even have used it for "staycations" as we are local to the area! Weddings at this venue are also top notch!

  • A little disappointed

    The location and the lobby area is gorgeous. After that it kinda goes down hill. The room was really really rough. I stayed in room 1030 and there appeared to be a puke stain in the carpet. I moved a piece of furniture over it and didn't want that to bother me so we left it at that. Then I went into the bathroom. There was hair on the walls and the floor. Then to top it all off they charged my card for 600 something dollars and my folio was only 4 something. I wish I could turn back time so I could make another decision. Hiltons are usually the best in the business but I don't think this one meets the standards of a 200 plus a night hotel.

The stain you reference is actually a burn mark, the unfortunate result of a hot iron being placed face down on the carpet. We'll make the needed repair.
