    I recently stayed at the Hilton St. Charles in New Orleans. This a very centrally located hotel and well priced. The rooms are acquit and hotel is clean. The best part of this Hilton its located next to Luke's restaurant. As a Diamond member I wish they would continue to offer breakfast at Luke's instead of the executive lounge. I had breakfast in the lounge it was good but had limited offerings. The happy hour is every day after 5-6. I recommend to visit and stay if you go to New Orleans.

  • Nice Value Near the French Quarter

    Came here for business but wanted to be close to the warehouse district for great restaurants as well as meeting location. This fit the bill nicely with great location and reasonable price. Really enjoyed the Executive Lounge and an added bonus that the restaurant Luke is in the building (great raw bar happy hour). Classic traditional NOLA building. Will be back

  • Excellent Hotel in New Orleans!

    Friendly and polite staff striving to make your hotel experience pleasant, worry free and exciting. Great location in New Orleans close to the French Quarter and shopping. Will stay at this Hilton again!

  • Cold Showers, No Cable and Rude Staff

    Shower would fluctuate temperatures from blistering hot to freezing cold and the cable only showed local channels and would lose signal on any other channel. The technician, Julian, was very sweet and tried to change several parts in the shower to get it working and attempted to contact the cable provider to fix the signal. Took so long to repair that we had to leave him there to finish up. My husband took a shower that evening and it was luke warm/warm, but at least it stayed on one temperature. The channels would work and an hour later they wouldn't. The next day we let the First Impressions person know and she didn't seem concerned. She said, "Well ya'll are checking out tomorrow so I can give you points and access to the Executive Lounge to get breakfast since you booked with a 3rd party and we can call you when the cable is fixed." We never got a call, the next morning we went to the executive lounge and it was closed and my shower was FREEZING and it's been days since we left and I still don't have any points on my account. She said she got an email that the cable was fixed and we were already checking out so she didn't know what we wanted her to do about the shower. I call the guest services when I got back home and they refunded me 2 of our nights. Mind you she was the FIRST IMPRESSIONS MANAGER. Even though the location is awesome, there are other hotels within the same price range around the same location that were nicer, more up class and better.

  • Great room, food, and location!

    I have stayed at many hotels in New Orleans, and the Hilton on St. Charles is fabulous! Luke's restaurant has THE best food and service! The biscuits and grits were the best I have had in a restaurant!
