In the gorgeous Spruce Farm & Fish dining room, Chef Shawn Murrell and his staff serve delicious contemporary American cuisine. Employing the philosophy of “Fresh and Locally Focused", Chef Murrell obtains as many ingredients as possible within the region or state and receive a delivery of seafood and oysters daily. The presentations are fresh and artistic, the menus inspired and the service is superb. The seasonal menus feature fresh seafood, meat, game, and vegetarian dishes. The wine list is comprised of an eclectic array of American and international selections. Private rooms are available for meetings and celebrations, also serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
The Corner Bar, meanwhile, is an ideal location for a quick lunch, a lively happy hour, late-night meal or perfectly poured martini. The menu, by Chef Murrell of Spruce Farm & Fish, features fresh salads, superb sandwiches, unique pastas, and appetizers. Signature dishes such as the Maine lobster roll and the sumptuous salmon sandwich are sure to please.
The famous License No.1, one of the first liquor-licensed bars in Boulder, features live music on Thursday through Saturday. Styled after a 1920’s speakeasy, the bar menu is available until midnight, and beverage offerings include classic cocktails, local craft brews, and a diverse wine selection.
