The expansive 5,000 square feet of event space at Hotel Deco XVcan accommodate up to 200 guests for conferences, weddings, product launches, and more. No matter the size or type of function, the hotel staff can assist with the planning process and ensure that your event is memorable and successful. Event planning, food and beverage menus, and audiovisual equipment can all be handled by the hotel, as well as complimentary indoor valet parking for your special guests.
The Empire Ballroom is the largest room at the hotel and is ideal for weddings, receptions, parties, and business meetings of up to 232 people.
The Rockefeller Room is specially designed for private dining events and small group conferences of up to 50 guests.
The Chrysler Room is a versatile space that is perfect for business meetings of up to 124 guests. The meeting space is located adjacent to the lobby and can be divided into two spaces with soundproof portable wall for small groups and breakout sessions.
Redick Board Room
The Board Room is located on the seventh floor and provides the most private meeting space available at the hotel. The Board Room can be reserved in conjunction with guestrooms to create a restricted-access floor for those meetings that require a certain level of discreetness.
Large Venue Space
Hotel Deco has an exclusive relationship with nearby private facilities and is able to provide ballroom space for up to 350 guests by special arrangement.
