Overview

Hotel Valley Ho was cool back in 1956 when it first opened its doors, before Downtown Scottsdale was downtown. It's every bit the chic hotel now, after an expansive, but meticulously groomed, $80 million renovation in 2005.

This mid-century modern landmark offers posh, playful guestrooms and luxury suites; ZuZu, serving seasonal American fare; OH Pool Bar + Cabanas, featuring handcrafted cocktails; and VH Spa for Vitality + Health, offering transformational treatments. There's also the seven-story Tower, the artful elite hotel within a hotel. It offers spacious one and two-bedroom Tower Suites with complete kitchens, as well as generously sized Tower Signature guestrooms. Here, the guestrooms are distinctly designed as light, bright havens with sweeping panoramic views. All guestrooms at the hotel feature 32-inch flat screen HD LCD televisions, WiFi, floor-to-ceiling glass, and private patios or balconies.

Hotel Valley Ho is centrally located in Downtown Scottsdale, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and Old Town's renowned art galleries.

In 1957, Robert Wagner and Natalie Wood held their private wedding reception in the hotel's ballroom.
