  • A great experience!

    My husband and I have stayed here a handful of times now. The staff is excellent and the manager Kazi always goes above & beyond to make sure our stay is as pleasurable as possible. This morning as we were leaving we witnessed Kazi presenting one of his employees with a cupcake to celebrate his 24th year of working at the Hotel. The price is right and the location is perfectly located downtown with easy access to all of the city. We also very much appreciate how quiet the rooms are which isn't always the case in the city.
    We already have reservations for our next stay in the city!

  • WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!

    I stay in hotels about a week out of every month. THIS IS THE WORST, MUST DIRTY, STINKY PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN.

    Worst value for money, terrible need. Room stank tio high heaven.

    But the worst part is the service. Which is none existent in the best of times, but borderline abusive most of the time.

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    Staff is great, polite, courteous, and took care of everything for me. I had a minor issue, and the manager too care of it without question. I will definitely stay here when I travel to San Francisco again.

  • Excellent Customer Service!

    When we arrived at the Hotel Whitcomb we were greeted by a front desk team that is hands down the most friendly and accommodating that I've ever met! Unfortunately, we ran into a bit of a family emergency and had to check out two nights early. Mr. Kazi Ahmed went above and beyond to make our emergency check out easy and we received a full refund, we paid in advance, for the remaining two nights! Thank you gents for making our short stay with you a memorable one!

    Great Customer Service. Mr. Kazi Ahmed was fabulously attentive and welcoming. I will be sure to come back to Hotel Whitcomb for my next business trip to San Francisco. it was great to be welcomed and taken care of after a long trip.
