  • If you love Frank Lloyd Wright, then don't miss this!

Check another item off of the bucket list! Be sure to schedule your visit to include a tour of the property. The tour gives all of the details of the history of Price Tower. Lunch at the Copper Restaurant & Bar was wonderful and very reasonably priced. I would have like to have tried every item on the menu! Evening drinks at the bar while overlooking the skyline was very nice. And then the room - oh my gosh - it was everything we wanted and more! The entire experience was ideal!

  • If You're a F L Wright Fan Don't Miss This

Very unique style building, only skyscraper designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Rooms redone in authentic Wright style. Smallish (think NYC) but pleasant. Breakfast included. Multi-use building right in the heart of Bartlesville, only a few floors are hotel. Rooms equipped with books about the history of the building.

  • Unique and quirky - but interesting Frank Lloyd Wright tower

We stayed two nights in a room at the price tower. It's really an architectural gem with an interesting story. The room was nice, comfortable, and - except for some dust on tabletops - clean. It's not a Hilton - so don't expect a Hilton style stay or Hilton type room. Rather it's been converted from an office building to a hotel and has real character. The location is convenient to the COP offices and central Bartlesville. It's an easy drive to Woolaroc, which is an overlooked gem in it's own right. I'll be back.

  • Weird

I'm writing this whilst lying on the bed in Price Tower. It's just really, really weird. I don't quite know how to describe it. The entrance is not obvious, I actually thought the hotel was closed. There is no large sign saying 'Welcome to the...'

Everything is on an odd angle, or a weird shape/colour. We had air conditioning and a fan ON in our room? The lifts can only fit 2 people (with no luggage) in. The corridors are like an abandoned bad set of flats, with an unwelcoming smell. The fitness suite is one treadmill in a room with a TV.

I know this Hotel is the work of a funky architect...but goodness me it's ODD.

There was also a dog barking in the corridor outside our room...

Good point-the room and bathroom were immaculately clean and the bed was big and comfy.

  • Unique opportunity to stay at hotel designed by Frank Lloyd Wright

Besides staying in the room, they have a gallery of art and historical information (including some fun play toys for kids). Gallery visit is free to hotel guests. They also have a tour of private suite and office of Mr. Price who commissioned FLW to build the property. They have a fun copper bar - small but with a great view and some clever and delicious cocktails -- music occasionally too. Breakfast was included -- a limited selection but eggs made to order and a fun chef. We also ate dinner - food was average but consider the location!! Menu posted on line is outdated and we found the actual menu had better choices at lower prices.
