The Crystal Room Restaurant specializes in Cajun and Creole cuisine in an aristocratic atmosphere, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Gallery Lounge offers lighter fare (hamburgers, chicken fingers, soup, etc) and serves premium brand liquors, ports, cognacs and more. A large selection of wines by the bottle and by the glass is available. Le Pavillon offers 24-hour room service and has become well known for the nightly complimentary snack of peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches, served with cold milk or hot chocolate in the grand lobby.
