Nottoway Plantation Resort’s newly-expanded conference facilities now include 11,000 sq ft feet of beautifully appointed meeting and banquet space. Randolph’s and Cypress Ballrooms flaunt the Plantation’s signature chandeliers; open floor plans allow space for a variety of set-ups, plus the option for partitioning rooms into smaller areas. The brand new executive boardroom features state-of-the-art high definition teleconferencing equipment, in addition to built-in audiovisual, sound system and computer ports. From start of an event to finish, clients are assisted by full-time meeting planners, wedding coordinators, culinary team and banquet staff.
Eight individual meeting, banquet and break-out spaces can accommodate groups from 4 to 400.
