Old Edwards Inn and Spa

Dining
The restaurants at Old Edwards Inn and Spa offer the freshest and most innovative cuisine in the North Carolina Mountains from the Chef Johannes Klapdohr, two time winner of the King of the Mountain Chef’s Challenge. At every restaurant around the resort, guests can feast on menu items prepared from ingredients grown organically in the garden at The Farm at Old Edwards, as well as other local farms and providers. Even the cocktails at Old Edwards feature herbs and edibles from the garden, some grown right in pots that sit on the bar to be plucked for fresh libations.
