Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it specializes in traditional American fare, including a lavish buffet. Open for breakfast Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Lunch is served daily from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The historic 1796 Room is housed in the resort’s original building and offers a memorable dining experience. Innovative cuisine, including frontier favorites such as wild game and venison is offered Tuesday – Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The Frontier Tavern, set in the 1806 Stone Inn is a casual lunch spot or a lively evening entertainment venue. Open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and dinner Sunday – Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Che Sara Sara offers the convenience of “grab and go” selections, or a comfortable setting to linger over coffee and tea, ice cream and sandwiches. Open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
