    Omni hotels come with excellent quality and customer service. We did not experience either of those and given the option will not be staying at OMNI hotel again. - the wifi experience was atrocious -holes in the sheets - no mini fridge/coffee service

  • Best hotel in New York City

    The omni is the best hotel in New York City. Being a select guest gives you many perks and this hotel really takes care of its guests. The steak and eggs breakfast in Bob's is just the best breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and very appreciative that we stayed there. I very strongly recommend this hotel. The location is also great for visiting Central Park or even going to a show.

  • Weekend in NYC

    I was on the phone and the net to try to prepay for my son's room It was quite the runaround when my son arrived late at night, his partner's name was on the reservation, but not his .I spent a lot of time working on this, and it still wasnt correct! Our rooms were smaller than I remember and the bath tub had only one had to help entering and exiting

  • Overrated

    Way overrated. Small rooms with little amenities and management balked at promise to correct valet parking nightmare. The walk too the far away parking garage to and from the hotel in the rain with my luggage and disabled wife was certainly a turn off.

  • lovely hotel

    we stayed here for five nights with our adult daughter for a special birthday. we told Suzanne and she kindly had cake and wine placed in our room the first night which was so kind and much appreciated.. .we received a fantastic welcome from Rachel and it would have been nice to have received a similar response from the receptionist checking us out! we had enrolled as select guests so had free Wi-Fi during our stay, we had coffee on our first morning which was most welcome but unfortunately not on the others. The hotel does provide citrus water by the elevators which was always welcomed but it was very wet during our stay and it would have been lovely to have been able to make a hot drink before we went out and came back something we have always been able to in other countries. we received great help from the concierges especially Ms Murphy. This is not a criticism of the hotel but we had no where to dry our wet clothes I am sure our cases doubled in weight with our wet clothes but we were very grateful for the umbrellas the Omni provided. The hotel does not provide shower gel just bath soap but I assume this is the American way! As soon as I arrived home there was an email asking about or stay.. .
