Omni Shoreham Hotel, Washington DC

Overview
A true Washington institution, the Omni Shoreham Hotel has hosted inaugural balls for every president from FDR to Bill Clinton. To celebrate its ties to America’s highest office, the hotel’s nine presidential suites each bear the name of one of our great leaders. The Shoreham’s elegant charm, comfortable guestrooms and distinguished meeting space draw travelers from the world over. In fact, the hotel’s guest rooms were constructed with the needs of the long-term guest in mind and they remain the largest sleeping rooms in the Washington area.
The hotel is situated on eleven acres adjoining Rock Creek Park and offers wonderful views. Just down Connecticut Avenue sits the National Zoo, one of the city’s favorite attractions. Head south down the same street and you’ll find the diverse neighborhoods of Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle, as well as Washington’s financial, entertainment and shopping district.
