The highly acclaimed T. Cook’s Restaurant offers unrivaled ambiance and true gourmet dining. Rich earth tones, high-vaulted ceilings, and panoramic views make the dining experience at T. Cook’s memorable. The Mediterranean cuisine is simply superb. T. Cook’s offers select seasonal dishes from Barcelona, Spain, and the Tuscan region of Italy, with ingredients hand-selected by Chef Gregory Casale.
The Bar at T. Cook’s is located just off the Courtyard. Marked by rich cherry wood and hand-painted Italian frescos, its hand-carved and painted wooden shelves offer a distinguished assortment of the finest liquors. Rising up beyond a baby grand piano, the Bar is flanked by the sumptuous Cigar Room with its deep red leather, custom-made upholstery and antique lamps. The Delos Room rounds out the T. Cook’s experience, providing elegant privacy for up to twelve guests.
For light dining, the Cabana Grill provides a fine selection of poolside fare, including salads, sandwiches, and beverages. Twenty-four hour room service is also available.
