  • Montana Travel Girl Very Pleased

Historical 5-star hotel didn't disappoint! Luxurious king suite with all the extras. Very quiet. Loved the complimentary breakfast-in-bed options! All the linens are first class including bathrobes.

Cold champagne at check in. Just couldn't be nicer!

  • What a Pleasure...Above and Beyond!

    by 399carolh on 2017-10-03 11:39 am

We made reservations for one night at this hotel and dinner in the dining room, only because we couldn't get lodging in Yellowstone. Next year, we will stay more nights and enjoy this jewel of a hotel. To give you an idea... we were greeted with washcloths to clean our travel hands (faces?) and then offered champagne. After a delightful and informative visit with our hostess, we checked in early to our room. We enjoyed a drink later on the porch before a magnificent dinner in the dining room. Be sure and make dinner reservations when you book the hotel as people drive miles to eat their delicious food.

  • Great visit! Near Headwaters Park and right in the middle of everywhere you would want to go.

Follow Lewis and Clark to the Missouri Headwaters and walk where U.S. History was made! Family friendly and great place to stay and eat. Band/Bar area is not kid friendly, but we knew that going in...

  • Lovely historic hotel

We spent two nights at the Sacajawea and had a great experience. Our 2nd floor room was a little tight, but the amenities made up for it - comfortable bed, robes, toiletries were all terrific. Morning coffee on the landing was convenient and having breakfast delivered was a nice touch.

We ate at both restaurants and quite enjoyed them. We also enjoyed Saturday night music and dancing in the saloon. It's a nice corner of Montana. We did a little local exploring to Missouri Headwaters State Park and the Lewis and Clark Caverns. Nice little getaway.

  • 4th stay. Always perfect.

Beautiful restored hotel. Super clean and comfortable. Beds are wonderful! TV in room. Smaller rooms but this is an older establishment. Bathrooms updated and nice. Fluffy towels! Great coffee in the morning on the 2nd floor area and a nice breakfast delivered to your room. Absolutely love staying in this beautifully restored, historic hotel. Great bar and restaurant within the hotel as well. Looking forward to my 5th stay!
