The Carriage House, which is part of The American Club, provides rooms above the Kohler Waters Spa. Guests of the Carriage House enjoy complimentary passes to the spa which includes a relaxation pool with waterfall, respite room, and a rooftop deck with a co-ed whirlpool and fireplace. Additionally, guests of The American Club Carriage House enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The Carriage House is an adult environment and guests must be 16 years of age or older. (Use of the spa on Saturdays requires a minimum purchase of one service per person November - April.)

Standard Room
Each with its own unique design features, Standard rooms at the Carriage House offer a warm and relaxing environment. They from 315 - 365 sq. ft., has a King or double bed options, and includes the Kohler showering experience.

Deluxe Room
A step above the Standard Rooms, the Deluxe Rooms at The American Club Carriage House offer a small sitting area, refreshment center with wet bar, a King or two Queen beds, and of course, the Kohler showering experience. These amazing accommodations range 354 to 451 sq. ft. in size.

Heritage Room
Rejuvenate through sleep and during waking hours, rejuvenate through bath. Leave The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin, refreshed and calm with all the relaxing spa and shower options. Heritage Rooms range in size from 495 to 599 sq. ft. and offer a King bed.

Immersion Suites
A modern, open concept room features a refreshment center with wet bar, sitting area, and plasma TV in 499 to 564 sq. ft. of space with a King bed. Double showers are included in select suites.

The Carriage House Suites
Enjoy the benefits of the outdoors in an enclosed sunroom, whilst soaking in a luxurious Kohler bath. Rooms range in size from 512 to 516 sq. ft., offer a large sitting area, and include a King bed.

Governor Suites
A gas fireplace, ample sitting area, King bed, refreshment center with wet bar, and the exquisite Kohler showering experience in 591 to 653 sq. ft. of space.
