Bishop’s Lodge Ranch Resort and Spa has a year round restaurant and lounge located in our Central Lodge built by the Pulitzer family in 1915. Decorated with historic photos and featuring ionic Southwestern artworks by such masters as W.E. Rollins, the Lodge’s warm intimate living room evokes our long tradition of hospitality.
Las Fuentes is Bishop’s Lodge signature restaurant, serving an inspired menu of Nuevo Ranchero cuisine, utilizing Bishop’s Lodge Heirloom garden ingredients, and drawing from Spanish, New Mexican, French and Native American cuisines. With glowing fireplaces and breathtaking views extending towards Colorado on the Sunset terrace, Las Fuentes is an unforgettable Santa Fe experience.
Sunflower Grill is open pool side seasonal May thru October daily from 11:00-7:00 pm featuring a lighter menu and full bar service.
Sha Nah Spa features Ayurvedic herbal oil infused menu items focusing on health and well being. Offered daily for lunch in the spa garden.
