The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, a multi-recipient of the Pinnacle Award for Successful Meetings, is the perfect setting for your next business event or social gathering. The hotel hosts up to 65,000 square feet of flexible function space that can accommodate large groups of 2,000 to a more intimate setting of 20.
The classic splendor of the hotel’s function space begins on the Mezzanine Level – Second Floor with the Imperial Ballroom, where luxury is evident in its proscenium-arch stage, Baccarat crystal chandeliers, gilded balconies and floor to ceiling windows. The Imperial Ballroom can accommodate up to 2,000 guests for a reception or 1,130 guests for banquet seating. Standing opposite the Imperial Ballroom on the Mezzanine Level, the grandeur of the Georgian Ballroom speaks quintessential Boston.
Holding court between these two ballrooms are seven private function rooms with character and atmosphere to spare. From the pre-function Arlington, Berkeley and Clarendon rooms with antique-tile fireplaces, to the English walnut paneled Hancock room, once the hotel's private library.
In addition to the Mezzanine Level, there are 27 private meeting rooms on the Fourth Floor Conference Level; all of which offer state-of-the-art technology provided by our onsite audiovisual and production services. Here, each conference room can be arranged to fit your exact requirements, from a board meeting of 10 to theatre seating for 110. All meeting rooms on the Conference Level Floor offer natural lighting.
The Boston Park Plaza Castle, a National Historic Landmark, was built in 1891 as an Armory for the First Corps of Cadets. The Park Plaza Castle offers 14,520 sq. ft. of unobstructed event space, including a vaulted ceiling, glass skylights and iron work balconies. The Park Plaza Castle is ideal for hosting trade shows, fund-raisers, galas and corporate & special events. The Castle is located across the street from The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers and is easily accessible to public transportation.
