The historic Penrose Room has been known as one of the Rocky Mountain region's top destinations for classic fine dining with an extensive European wine list, live entertainment and dancing in a stylish atmosphere.
Charles Court specializes in American food and wine with an emphasis on Colorado cuisines. Dinner is served Thursday through Monday and breakfast is offered Monday through Sunday. Reservations are recommended. Jeans, t-shirts and pool attire not permitted.
Summit is an American Brasserie, with an eclectic, innovative wine and cocktail program. Casual atmosphere, dress jeans permitted.
The Tavern serves the finest in steaks, seafood and a wide selection of appetizers and homemade soups. Dine in the original Tavern room, the art deco era Mayan Room, or enjoy patio dining in the glass-enclosed Garden Room. The Tavern Orchestra performs Wednesday through Sunday. Resort casual attire.
The Terrace Dining Room features traditional European and American fare served in the resort's original dining room. Breakfast is offered Monday through Saturday. Enjoy a classic Sunday brunch with ice sculptures and accompanied by live piano music. Dressy casual; no athletic attire.
The Golf Club Dining Room, located in Spa, Golf and Tennis Club Building offers casual dining in a family-oriented atmosphere. Resort casual attire.
Grille at the Golf Club is a casual sports grill with all-day dining, a pub-style menu and takeout. The Golden Bee is a unique dining adventure, a complete 19th century English pub that was reassembled at The Broadmoor.
The Golden Bee offers wonderful pub-fare and plenty of English charm, complete with a ragtime piano player.
The Pool Café at the Spa features smoothies and special treats. Open year-round.
The Main Pool Café is an outdoor dining venue offering salads, grilled meats and fish and a variety of summer drink specialties and smoothies. Open May to September.
The Espresso Broadmoor is an enticing patisserie and coffee bar, offering freshly-baked pastries, doughnuts, cookies, sandwiches and quiche. Open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the Main Lobby.
The newest restaurant at The Broadmoor, PLAY features a creative internationally-inspired menu with traditional cocktails and beverages. Blending fun and food, this unique establishment offers six bowling lanes and a game room, fun for kids and adults alike.
