The Cincinnatian has six private rooms that can accommodate 10 to 150 people, along with a high-quality events management staff, full catering capabilities and state-of-the-art technologies.
The 253-square-foot Maxwell Boardroom is the most appropriate setting for a confidential board meeting or an executive dinner affair. The stately granite conference table seats 12 people comfortably in leather executive chairs. The room comes with a wet bar, an ice machine and a 42-inch video monitor, compact disc player, projection screen, a Bose surround system, six preset lightings--all controlled by remote. Other amenities include high-speed Internet, a multi-line phone system, dry-erase boards and a fax/copier machine.
The Filson, on the other hand, is the Cincinnatian's largest single private room, tastefully decorated in creamy tones of blue and beige. Amenities include a pull-down projector screen, dimmable lights, natural light from windows and independent climate control.
