Grand Ballroom
This simple, yet elegant room has high ceilings, arched windows, opulent trimmings and opens onto a glass enclosed patio which allows for a private conversation and break area.

Northampton Room
Offers natural lighting and plush furnishings for a more relaxed atmosphere on the second floor of the hotel. This room is ideal for break out areas, rehersal dinners, luncheons, showers, and meetings.

Hampshire Room
Spacious meeting room also perfect for wedding ceremonies, break out areas, rehersal dinners, luncheons, showers, and meetings. Located on the lower floor and can accommodate up to 60 guests depending on the setup.

Innsiders Boardroom
A cozy, intimate room on the first floor, the Innsiders Boardroom features a 12-foot solid cherry wood conference table with plush leather executive chairs and is designed to meet the needs of corporate guests. Boardrooms are also available for corporate retreats and private dinners. With the conference table, up to 12 guests can be accommodated.

Executive Boardroom
Designed for corporate guests and their needs, this room is on the second floor of the landmark Hotel Northampton and is also available for corporate retreats and private dinners. This room accommodates up to 22 guests depending on the setup.

The Hotel Northampton offers a 24-hour business center located in the main lobby for the convenience of all guests.
