    I stay here about once per month and love the service everyone here (especially Mark!) provides. They are so accommodating and always seem to have small things I forget (toothbrushes, dental floss, etc)
    My friend came to visit me here and the good folks here even helped me find parking for her. They go above and beyond!

    Have stayed at the Kendall Hotel for years for both business and personal. Every stay has consistently been great: 1) Convenient location with restaurants, shopping, businesses, MIT, etc. AND next to T station just minutes to Boston (or easy and scenic walk over the Longfellow Bridge); 2) Excellent breakfast buffet; 3) Well decorated and furnished rooms.

  • MY FAVORITE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!

    We have now stayed at the Kendall about 6 times in the past two years on different visits to Cambridge. Each and every time it was wonderful! We actually stayed at the Kendall during Thanksgiving instead of with my family who we came to visit because it was like a mini vacation! I love the breakfast buffet (wonderful bacon, but also had healthy food!) The rooms are so warm and comfy. I love the gas fireplace to sit and read. And as others have said, Mark was very nice (especially as the hotel wasn't very full over Thanksgiving and he was super helpful). Highly recommend!!!

    The hotel is very cozy and service is great. Staff are very friendly, especially the awesome Mark during wine hour. Very convenient, in the heart of Cambridge and just acr6the river from the city, 1 minute away from the T station at Kendall square. Very good overall...

  • A tale of 2 experiences

    We have had the best... and very disappointing ...experiences here. No question the hotel itself and the beds and the breakfasts are of the highest quality. Coming from Scotland what was really important to us was the quality of service and welcome we received from staff and that varied from the sublime in the form of Mark and the girl on Reception when we arrived at 2pm on Sunday 19th November to the ridiculous, in the form of the women who hosted the wine events on 19th and 20th. Mark and colleague were so friendly and welcoming and informative whilst the others were actually rude.Fortunately we could see the funny side and did not let their frostiness spoil a lovely stay in your beautiful city - and Mark and colleague made it all the better??
