  • 5 star dining

I am a local & I frequent Wakulla Springs Lodge often. Chef Reshard Plummer has elevated the dining of Wakulla Springs Lodge to 5 star dining. I must admit I have my own particular favorites...Shrimp & Grits...Salmon...& others...however whatever I have ordered has never disappointed. Chef Reshard is the star of Wakulla Springs Lodge dining!!!

  • Beautiful Place to Stay

We loved this place. Old beautiful lodge with views of the river. The river is crystal clear and has a spring that feeds into it. We took an amazing boat ride for $8 up the river and saw Manatees, Alligators and many types of birds. Great for kids. This is actually a State Park with trails and grounds to walk. The lodge was reasonable and includes a full breakfast. Little hidden gem.

  • Don't eat there

    by Lesley C on 2017-10-12 02:18 pm

Beautiful place but please don't bother to eat there. Impressive looking place so we thought we would take lunch before our river trip. Nearly an hours wait for three sandwiches. When they arrived, fries were cold, sandwiches not at all nice. BLT on greasy bread, yuk, Reuben hardly any beef and way too much ceaser sauce which ended up down the front of my shirt, Club sandwich again way too greasy. All three were not at all nice. However, really enjoyed the boat trip and even saw a Manatee. Please guys get a decent chef!We all ended up with indigestion!

Quick overnight getaway. Property is lovely. Rooms nicer than I expected. All the staff welcoming and helpful. Early evening boat tour was great. Lots of birds, manatees and 20+ alligators. Dinner was fantastic.

Nice place if you love nature, the lodge looks old and creepy very mysterious ??. But it's clean and the people are nice. You must visit the place if you love nature. It quite and peace full. For the Pok?mon players the are a lot of Pok?mon's to find.
