The Wilburton Inn

Dining
The Wilburton’s restaurant includes three dining areas as well as the spacious marble outdoor terrace—all with spectacular views of the mountains. Guests often began an evening with cocktails on the terrace in the summer or by the living room fireplace in the fall and winter. The Billiard Room maintains the feel of a Robber Baron retreat with mahogany paneling, vintage racehorse prints and a massive fireplace. The airy Terrace Room and the gracious Battenkill Room are ideal for private dining or group events. The menu presents classic cuisine with a contemporary flair and an emphasis on fresh local produce. Oliver Levis, a graduate of Cornell’s Agriculture School, has planted the Inn’s hillside with organic vegetables and herbs. The outdoor marble terrace is the perfect location for a group to enjoy an informal dinner or reception and watch the sun set over the valley.
