Historic Hotel Bethlehem Chefs Duke It Out During France Vs. Italy Wine Dinner on April 30
BETHLEHEM, PA – April 18, 2014 – Teams have been formed and sides have been taking in an epic battle that will be played out on Wednesday, April 30 at 6:30 pm during the France vs. Italy Wine Dinner at Historic Hotel Bethlehem.
Team France will do battle with Team Italy over a four-course meal with each course featuring food items and wines representing Italy and France. Guests will vote on their favorite dishes and wines with the winning country and team chosen at the end of the evening. Menus are kept secret until the night of the event in this highly anticipated competition.
Heading up Team France will be Chef de Cuisine David Troxell and Restaurant Manager Francoise Buhot Launay. Chef Chris Goodwin and Restaurant Manager Eligio Perotti will represent Team Italy. Hotel Bethlehem’s new Executive Chef Michael Adams will supervise both teams.
