Release Date: 2006-03-24 Celebrate National Preservation Month at National Trust Historic Hotels of America
Each year, National Preservation Month promotes preservation efforts in big cities and small towns across the country. This spring, members of National Trust Historic Hotels of America honor the country’s diverse and unique heritage by offering special packages and promotions during Preservation Month. The National Trust and Historic Hotels of America are again partnering with the Travel Industry Association of America's National Tourism Week (May 13 - 21, 2006) to provide packages for the entire month of May. Offers range from romantic getaways and spa packages to historic walking tours and art-lovers weekends at some classic American hotels.
Packages are listed on the National Trust Web site at www.historichotels.org and some can be booked through HHA at 800-678-8946 (look for the icon). All offers are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Unless specified, tax and gratuity are not included. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply.
