Day 2: Embark - St. Paul, MN
Embark on the American Queen Steamboat from the Twin Cities surrounded by skyscrapers, bridges, and the first of many Mississippi River locks and dams.

Day 3: Winona, MN
From its sculpted bluffs to its mighty river and all the places in between, Winona, Minnesota has unparalleled beauty mixed with a cool urbanity and old-world charm all in one place.

Day 4: Dubuque, IA
Illustrating true river lore, Dubuque, Iowa is a melting pot of cultural excitement. Beginning at Dubuque’s Museum of Art, the tour will explore the city aboard the deluxe Hop On-Hop Off Steamcoach. The tour includes visits to the stunning Grand Opera House, Shot Tower, Mathias Ham House, the Old Jail Museum, The Hotel Julien, and The Fenelon Place Elevator atop the bluff of the city, affording commanding views of the vibrant downtown and mighty river.

Day 5: Le Claire, IA
Home of the American Pickers’ Antique Archaeology stores and part of the Quad cities metropolitan area. Marvel at the area’s 19th century architecture, or take a guided tour of the sites.

Day 6: River Cruising
Originating in Lake Itasca, the Great Waters of the majestic Mississippi river system afford a beautiful backdrop for onboard activities and relaxing on this day of river cruising.

Day 7: La Crosse, WI
Boasting an impressive collection of Victorian and Art Deco architecture, La Crosse, Wisconsin offers diverse attractions from the Amish Country, a rich Norwegian community, and an inviting Riverwalk. The deluxe Hop On-Hop Off Steamcoaches from the dock will transport guests to the charming downtown La Crosse with a narrated tour. Guests will learn the impact of the city's river growth by exploring the 19th century Victorian Hixon House, exhibitions with historical and educational art programs at the Swarthout Museum and Pumphouse Regional Arts Center, War Eagle exhibitions at the Riverside Museum, Riverside International Friendship Garden, and the Chapels of St. Rose.

Day 8: Red Wing, MN
A leading Minnesota manufacturing city, Red Wing is a historic town with inviting cultural sights, including The Pottery Place District, where the narrated tour begins and guests can explore the eateries, art, antique, and one-of-a-kind boutiques that line the area. The Hop-On Hop-Off coaches include stops at the country’s first city-owned theater, the Sheldon Theatre, Bush & Main Street’s Shopping District, St. James Hotel, Native-American Store, UFFDA shops, and Memorial Park where guests can take in the spectacular views of the community, river, and bluffs of both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
