    Stayed here for a couple nights while touring schools with our kids. The location was great. Streets full of great shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful park all near by. Staff polite and welcoming. Room beautifully appointed. And a sweet black lab in the lobby :)

    We went to Boston for our Anniversary and staying at The Fairmont Copley Plaza made the trip! We love the hotel, the location, the hotel chef, and the service. Easy access to Fenway Park for a night game and to walk the Gardens nearby and stroll Newbury St.

    Room 435 had an awe inspiring view of the magnificent Copley Plaza, Shoeing the Boston Public Library,the church. You're steps from Nieman Marcus snd shops .

    Quiet in the well appointed gym I was glad to find headphones. Great equipment and he staff has such a warm kind smile.
    Seek out the Gold Lounge for an additional cost the breakfast and special concierge like attention is worth it. The fireplace in the lounge is perfect .

    Great location, great service and the most comfortable bed with a relaxing big bathtub. Loved in room breakfast dinning. Transportation was simple and we enjoyed a quick walk across the street to the Boston library to have high tea. I only wish we would have brought our Chinese Crested dog along with us

  • Not Worth the Money and Disrespectful

    Hotel is very outdated and needs renovating. The most disappointing part of my stay was the restaurant and room service. I was allowed to sit at my table for 12 minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged by a server. I was told by the manager they have a rule of greeting customers in 2 minutes. I was the only patron this happened to and I think it was racially motivated. In addition, I had to call 4 times to get someone to pick up to order room service and when I received my food, it was very poor quality. Heard Boston was racist and experienced it first hand at this hotel.
