  • Everything you need in one spot

    We had terrible weather while staying on the island. Stuck in the Grand Hotel. We still had a great time! Game room, music, friendly people to visit with, plenty of variety for meals, shops, and plenty of rooms to explore.

    I came for a 1.5 day Christian Woman's Retreat. Staying at the Grand Hotel was perfect. The Island and Hotel are so unique and lovely! The food and service were top notch. Everything exceeded my expectations - which were very high before I came!

    First time staying at the Grand Hotel, am now wondering why we haven't stayed before! Service, food and rooms were excellent. We are going to make this an annual tradition! Hopefully next time the sun will come out!

  • Awesome time with a few hiccups

    The Grand was fabulous as usual. Did have huge problem departing as they did not load our golf clubs to the dock. Several phone calls and 2 hours later, our clubs came in on last trip of the night. Server was not the usual quality of The Grand.. Unfriendly and not helpful. Luggage snafu but that's another story. Dancing ?? No. Call ahead to see if ballroom has different activity at night. Green fees were free but it will cost you $100 for 1 cart w/ two people to play 18. Just a few early season bumps in our great stay at The Grand.

  • First Grand Spring Stay

    By far, not my best experience at The Grand due to Luggage Side Trip to wrong Property location, and not recovered until I was leaving the Island. I'm happy it showed up finally, but not happy about the hours spent worrying and list making until that time arrived. I think I'll stick to visiting the Island in October, like we've always done.
