  • Don't upgrade your room

    Purchased a package thru Expedia. Paid for a Deluxe room, city view. Ended up on the 5th floor looking at garbagge cans across the street. Lee texted me within 15 minutes asking about the room. At that point I voiced my displeasure. Lee stated that was the only room available since we arrived early. Lee should of offered to hold our luggage till the correct room came available. The next day Lee checked in again since he knew of our displeasure but did not ever offer to move us to the room type we paid for. The last day I reached out to Lee and recieved a response from Alan saying we basically place guest in rooms that are available. Just a fyi.. I'm a Hilton Honors Gold Member. Do not upgrade in this Hotel there is no guarantee you will receive what you pay for.

  • Fantastic Location and Staff

    Stayed here for 3 nights in Aug 2018. The hotel was a perfect location for sight seeing and we walked almost everywhere. The concierge and doormen was simply amazing and such good fun and friendly and made the stay that bit more enjoyable.

    Breakfast was good with plenty of choice for everyone, however we thought for a Hilton Hotel the room service selection quite limiting and poor.

    Despite the last comment would use again.

  • Good location but disdainful staff

    It is an excellent location, a few stops from Logan with the train and less than 5 minute walk after to the hotel. We only had a half day in Boston and it gave us the time to walk along the freedom trail, from the hotel to Boston Common. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the receptionist when we first arrived. I found him very unfriendly and disdainful. It is a pretty upscale place that seemed geered to business people and the attitude of the hotel felt pretty cold altogether. I would not recommend for a family.

  • Nice hotel for visit to Boston

    We stay here whenever we go to Boston. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They genuinely want to make your stay the best they possibly can. We stayed on the 5th floor and the rooms are updated and very nice. Not sure if the entire hotel has been updated. The bath has all of the amenities you would want. The bed was very comfortable. Really enjoy this hotel as it is close to many great restaurants and attractions, most within walking distance.

  • Great service

    Overall, a very fine experience from check in to check out. Upon arrival, I was greeted by hospitable front desk personal who made sure I had everything I needed. They even checked in with me after an hour to make sure all was well. The room was comfortably appointed and on the bigger side. The bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. Very modern touches. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Wifi was fast enough for what I needed. It was a very nice two day stay!
