  • Property declines with yet new management Again.

    Property declines with yet new management Again. This hotel has gone through so many managers and I've seen the service, the care for the customer totally decline. This hotel can't keep a manager any the way the employees are treated is embarrassing. I hope they get there stuff together or the other local hotel will run them out of town.

  • Checked out right after I checked in

    This hotel is tired and dirty. The carpet in my room looked 40 years old and seemed filthy. The room smelled of cigarettes and the hotel was full so there was nothing to be done. I literally checked out and went to another Hilton hotel 15 minutes after checking in.

  • Great Location In Evanston

    This is a nice historic building in a great location in Evanston, walk to Northwestern, the shops and cafes. Valet parking is easy. We have stayed here many times. We have also been to better Hiltons, but the location is everything with this one.

  • Very nice hotel

    I stayed here for a business meeting. Our two-day event was held at the hotel and everything was really nice. Every person that I encountered was very friendly and they acted like they really enjoyed their jobs. The neighborhood is very cool. There are a lot of nice restaurants and shops. This is really a cool location. If you are driving to the hotel you pretty much have to valet park. That didn't really bother me because I didn't need my car for the two days that I was there. They charge the parking to your bill so that makes it easier. I have learned that parking is just part of the equation when staying anywhere around Chicago. I always stay in Hilton hotels so I am glad that it worked out that our meeting was in a Hilton. My room was very clean and I have no complaints!

  • POOR HEATING SYSTEM

    Very noisy and whistelled during the night. It woke me up. In winter in Chicago, the A/C system was blowing cold( I was freezing) and blowing heat with the horrible whistling that woke me up. I'll never go there again
