  • Disaster at the Ballpark

    I am a Hilton Diamond Member which means I stay in Hilton properties a large number of nights each year. While the hotel is OK and the staff truly tries, the management could care less.... I cannot recommend this property for anyone wishing to guarantee a good sty, because if a problem arises, management will basically say tough... here is a discount on a drink at the bar....

    Folk's i stayed her for a few days during the Celebration of the 4th of July and i must say, this hotle is in a great location. The hotel was verynice and clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast there was great and so was the bar food. This hotel has plenty of restaraunts close to it. By the way, if you need to park your vehicle it will cost you $30 locally or pay the valet for $40 and this is per day.

    Room was filthy on check in
    changed rooms and 2nd room was worse
    carpet looked like someone changed the car oil in room
    debris all over floor needed a vacuum on arrival
    dbris in hallways needed a vacuum
    room service trays and dishes in hallway for 9+ hours
    avoid this hotel it is the worst Hilton in netword

    They would not acknowledge that there was even an issue. The hallways were even muggy. We were sweating in the lobby. They gave us a box fan and it was still 80 in our room. Please avoid this property if you're considering.

  • Its a hotel. Avg+ hotel. Staff was friendly.

    Drinks at the bar downstairs were mediocre at best. There is starbucks downstairs if you care. Walking distance to Arch and a few eating places. And ofcourse as everyone else has screamed earlier, the car parking fee was half of what I paid for the hotel. Kinda bummer but everyone around there charges.
