    Hotel in the center of downtown St. Louis . The room was very clean, the staff where very friendly. The hotel also allowed dogs for a small fee. Great location in St. Louis would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

  • Worst experience at a Hilton establishment!

    Hands down the WORST experience I've ever had at a Hilton establishment. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and uninterested. The assistant manager has a terrible attitude and very poor customer service. She felt the need to make sure that I knew her title and that she didn't belong behind the counter. She ran my card twice for $100 for incidentals instead of charging me once for $200. I've only received $100 back at this time. My room smelled like a cheap incense had been burning and was not cleaned after the prior guest checked out. There was human hair all over the bed and the toiletries were not replaced. I had to call to get new sheets to change on my own. Then, I had to call again because I wasn't given a replacement comforter. The linen was stained, had holes, and some unknown matter was on one of my pillowcases. My stay was two days and I had nothing but problems accessing the garage because of the faulty access cards. Throughout my stay, my room was not serviced in any way. Not even as much a new towel was offered. I called to speak with the manager, the phone was answered by a Monique I believe, she told me that I needed to call back and press zero for the operator. I repeatedly expressed to her that zero was not an option and she told me that it was and repeated that I needed to call back and press zero. If you call them now and press zero, zero is not an available option. Ultimately, i never got in touch with the manager which has resulted in this review. I typically only stay at Hilton establishments when I travel and my standards are typically met or exceeded. The staff should be retrained at this location.

    I love this Hotel, very close to the Arch, staff was very helpful, room was clean and lots of great restaurant and a 10 minute drive to the second best microbreweries in the world, "Side Project Brewing".

  • Comfortable Stay in downtown St Louis

    Great downtown location, and a short walk to the Arch, which is why we came. Converted bank building, and in need of some freshening up of the d?cor in the public rooms and the bedrooms. Our room lacked almost any natural light but was otherwise comfortable.

    The valet and front desk staff are a real asset - so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble.

    The restaurant is a variable experience - sometimes really good, but not at all consistent. Service in the restaurant was equally unreliable, but generally willing and pleasant.

    Comfortable stay overall, but Hilton needs to spend some money for it to reach its full potential.

    I arrived at the Hilton St Louis Downtown at the Arch and was immediately met by the Bell Captain who welcomed me curbside and opened the door for me. Having a digital key, I asked where the elevator was which he promptly showed me and pointed out the other amenities available. Awesome job!!!

    Upon arrival to my room, the digital key did not work. Once back at reception, I was greeted by Nene and Myriah (Pronounced Mariah). They apologized for the inconvenience and provided hard keys. Once again, the door did not work. Thankfully, a Hilton worker was on the floor and helped me. Yes, Karma is a wonderful thing. We knocked on the door and found a Hilton maintenance worker painting my room. They all apologized which was no big deal. Again, I arrived at reception where Nene had already submitted Hilton Honors points for the mix up and Myriah offered a upgraded room for no extra cost which I politely declined. Third time being a charm, I arrived at my new room two floors directly above my own room and settled in for a wonderful nights rest. Nene and Myriah and the entire team was so wonderful to work with and so kind. They all had huge smiles which I loved, even at 10 PM. I would highly encourage staying at this property. Thank you girls for a wonderful stay. I am grateful to have met you both. Thank you.
