    Stayed a weekend for a business retreat. Staff was very friendly, room was sizable and very clean. Conference rooms were wonderful and breakfast and lunch was served timely. Very welcoming experience.

    Minutes from the arch and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Their staff was the best I've ever encountered on my travels. The lobby is a beautifully decorated historic building space with old bank vault converted to hotel amenity shop.

  • Not the best Hilton in town

    Tried this Hilton over the one at the ballpark. Greeted on day two of my stay by someone from staff trying to kick me out of my room a day early. Air conditioner never worked. Room service never picked up. Spend the extra money at the ballpark Hilton. It is worth it.

    Room was not ready during check in time. Staff was rude & ghetto. Tub was dirty.. the floors were stained & there were holes in the sheets on the bed. I can't believe I experienced this and I paid nearly 300$ for one night.

  • Issue Addressed With Personal Attention: They Care!

    I was given a room with a view of a building with an adjacent wall. Dan the hotel General Manager responded and explained how this happened and resolved this to my total satisfaction. It shows the attention the management gives to a guest issue, I was very happy with how quickly and well they responded and therefore highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
