    A grand dame of a hotel - but needs updating with decor in the public and private rooms with respect for the architecture and style of the hotel. Staff is attentive and friendly. The Green room is a gem

    Only had an overnight stay here for a wedding being held at the hotel, but the room was gorgeous and had all the amenities. The lobby and banquet room were beautiful. Plenty of dining options in hotel and within walking distance.

  • Lax trip

    Went and stayed here for a lax tourney. Got in at 10pm, no sheets for pullout, waited over an hour. Ordered breakfast ahead of time at 6:30am. It came late and the berries had mold on them. We had to leave by 7am. Terrible experience for the money!

  • Beautyâs Barely Skin Deep

    What a disappointment.

    When you go to the lobby at 7pm on Friday night to try to find solutions for the problems in your room and the music is so loud that you and the desk staffer both have to yell over the desk in order to hear each other, its a bad sign.

    Issues--
    1) Can the loud, annoying fan in the bathroom be turned off. NO.

    2) How can the outdoor lights be blocked from coming into the room? NO WAY. But there are two rollers in the window and one of them is empty. I'LL FOLLOW UP. If nothing can be done, will you come into the Green Room and tell me. YES. (Did anyone follow up? NO)

    3) My thermostat is set at 74 and it's freezing in my room. How do I fix it? THERE'S AN EXTRA BLANKET IN THE CLOSET.

    4) Why is there only a "theater" menu in the Green Room. IT'S EASIER FOR THE CHEFS TO PREP DINNER WHEN THERE IS A SHOW AT THE THEATER

    Not all what I expected. Photos of the light coming in at 9pm and 5:30am, and the thermostat set at 76 in order to get some heat in the room are attached. And if anyone is interested, I have a recording if the fan noise.

    My room was so clean and spacious, amazing staff (front desk, restaurant, bar, etc.), amazing food (Greene Room & Bar), and just an amazing vibe - period! Loved my 2-night/3-day stay here. Loved the location also and the history of the Dupont family (I am from NY and was here for a business trip). Thank you!!
