    Absolutely Stunning. Everything and everybody goes beyond the services the hotel provide. Hotel Decoration, Christmas Decoration, Restaurants are beautiful and welcoming. Staff goes beyond hotel standards to make your stay a beautiful memory.

  • Wonderful Experience

    We loved everything about the hotel. The character and charm was amazing! We usually stay at The Galt but we will always stay here from this trip forward. We attended a concert at The Palace and loved the food options, setting and overall location surrounded by the hotel.

    The Brown is beautiful!! It is a little dated in decorations but it is still beautiful! The rooms are very nice with the softest linens and very comfortable pillows and mattress. The staff is very friendly and all about service. I was a little bit surprised and disappointed that the charged me nearly 30 dollars for overnight parking. It seems that if I'm paying over 200.00 for one night parking should either be included or at least discounted. Overall this is a great place full of history and character. If you have never been I highly recommend a visit when in Louisville.

  • Beautiful hotel

    The hotel is really beautiful, the lobby especially. The ceilings in the common areas are gorgeous, and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The staff are very helpful, and if you get waited on by Amy Nicole at The Lobby Bar, you are lucky. She's fantastic! One thing did really irritate me, but it may not bother others: there's no fitted sheet on the bed, or at least not on mine or my two coworkers'. There is a flat sheet, loosely tucked, and flat sheets sandwiching the bed cover. I think that was part of why I didn't sleep well. Another slight issue (mainly if you have a lot of toiletries like I do), there's not a lot of bathroom sink counter space. Also, they do NOT serve Coke products. Makes me sad, but it's not the end of the world... I guess.

  • Ah, this was lovely!

    I really enjoyed this hotel. It felt so luxurious and comfortable. It was clean and quiet and I felt pampered. It was easy to get to, not far from the airport. We had a wonderful breakfast and missed our shuttle but they came up with another one and got us to the airport in plenty of time. It was nice to be treated so well. It's a beautiful hotel.
