  • Fantastic customer service!!

    The staff at the Emily Morgan are happy to be working here and it shows in how they interact with their guest's. My daughter and I came to San Antonio for a mother/daughter bonding trip to celebrate her going to Middle School. Annie, Jena, Johnny and David left her a lovely card with special notes from each of them along with a can of yummy cookies. She felt so special and was beyond appreciative. In addition, we were always warmly greeted and asked if we needed anything. Thanks so much for making this trip a memorable one for my daughter and me. We'll never forget this!

  • unauthorized charges/fraud

    I stayed at the property 1 night. At check in was told there was a secodnd/duplicate reservation. I told them it was only 1 night stay. I was told they would take care of it by cancelling it. Of course, I find out they charged a card that was not even on the duplicate/second reservation. What the staff did, was obtain my credit card from previous stay without my approval, then they changed it and used it to charge a second/duplicate reservation. That is bad practice and is fraud to me because, they obtained my credit card from a different stay/reservation and used it to charge without my approval or signature. The amount is not much but it is disturbing that there is businesses doing this kind of stuff to customers/guests.

  • A good place to stay

    The Emily Morgan is a good hotel, near most everything. Clean, in good condition and has friendly staff. The room was a bit worn and could use a face-lift. Nothing major however, just cosmetic. Complimentary wi-fi was poor. In today's world at a hotel the cost of the Emily the wi-fi should have been free and good.

    Parking cost was unreasonable.

  • History and Elegance

    Directly across from the Alamo, river walk, treats, action and shopping-great location!
    Beautiful modern decor but would love to see more of the historical photos when it was a medical facility throughout the hotel. George was able to answer some questions about the hotel's history, including some past possible hauntings.
    Breakfast was delicious!

  • Alvarez's Stay

    We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt very welcomed there. The hotel was very well kept and the team there were kind and friendly. If anything, we would have liked to park there, however the parking was quite expensive, when we just walked a lest than a block and got it for over half the price. Something to think about, however overall keep up the great work.
