Cup Café
A key component of Hotel Congress' culinary service is the dedication and commitment to local resources to ensure the highest quality products for guests. This includes sourcing local beef, Sonoran heritage pasta, and the hotel’s private label Malbac red wine, from Wilcox, Arizona. This has led to recognition by national and local food media figures, such as Rachel Ray, among others. In 2015, Foodist named Cup Café’s Cast Iron Baked Eggs as the 'Best Dish - Breakfast' in Arizona. Publications such as Sunset, Men's Journal, and Phoenix magazine have raved about the menu. Tucson was recently named a "World City of Gastronomy," by UNESCO - the first city in North America to be given this distinction.

Cup Café is Hotel Congress’ signature restaurant, attracting every walk of life for its eclectic American fare, served seven days a week in downtown Tucson. The Cup is an award-winning destination for locals and visitors alike, complete with a full bar, dining room, and plaza seating. There may be a wait for breakfast on the weekend, but it’s only because it’s the best in town, and offers the intriguing build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. Dessert at the Cup is just too tantalizing to pass up; stop by the rotating dessert case to salivate over the freshly made pies, cakes, and pastries.
