    I stayed here with my sister for two nights and it was a bit overpriced for what you get. The valet is $40 per day, which makes sense if it's optional but there's no self park option. So because someone parked my car in a spot 100 ft from the hotel and it sAt there until I checked out two days later, I get stuck with an $80 bill? I had no other option! Then they charged us this daily resort fee. When I asked what it was for, he explained: complimentary car service (which was never available), bikes (were not available), coffee in room (nope, none), etc. Also, my room was never cleaned. At 530pm when I was starting to get ready for dinner, housekeeping finally showed up and I asked her to come back in 30 min so I could finish getting ready. She never came back. I came back to a room with overflowing trash and piles of dirty towels. In the shower, they put body wash in the shampoo holder. It was pretty obvious as they were the exact same scent (labeled very different scents.) the spa was nice but massages were way overpriced. $150 for a 50 min massage? It was nothing special.
    I also felt that the rooms could use some updates. I love historic hotels but the bathroom needs updating and the pool room was a little dingy.

    The lobby bartender, Clarissa was awesome. She was very accommodating and never judge mental with anyone. Excellent employee. Definitely five stars. She even listened to my husband ramble. And she was informative I. Regards to travel time to the airport.

    This is the second time staying in this historic hotel. The atmosphere is appealing and the location is good. However, I find they lack effort on the details. We had 3 in our room 3 nights and frequently lacked proper towels. Room was never cleaned until 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Last call on the roof top bar was 10PM on a Friday night. Seemed early. Needs some music. Bartenders nice but did not seem professional. Valets great and concierge was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, all the employees were nice. There were several weddings going on and they take over space, like the courtyard, where we would like to sit and wait (while our room was being cleaned). Went to buy a breakfast sandwich and I was told by the counter person they were moldy and they were not being sold at the moment. Spa cancelled my appointment due do someone being out sick. Details details details. Expensive place and seems like everyone needed alittle more training.

    We just got here to the hotel and everything is great. Clarissa is a great bartender, very helpful. We always like coming here and the service is always great. We love it here. Great night, thanks biking!

  • Quality went down

    We had one garbage can in the entire room. The second we had 0 towels and had to wait for hours for them. We stay age viking very summer and in the past we never had a problem . The concierge and front desk were very helpful. They opened a new coffee shop inside the hotel which was very convenient. It always takes too long to get the car . Expect to wait 15 minutes .
