  • Nice midtown hotel

    Nice hotel, free coffee in the caffe downstairs. It is a historic property that has been updated, rooms are on the small side but probably equivalent to other older hotels in NYC. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and sights.

  • Personalized service at its best!

    The Redbury is one of those hotels where those who know go. Located in NoMad, it's central to everything one needs in NYC: great restaurants, shopping, transportation and great exercise studios (e.g. Soul Cycle!). We've stayed twice as a family; having a larger room with a separate room with a pull-out couch was perfect. In fact, for my daughter's 18th birthday, we walked into the room filled with balloons and cupcakes! The selection of restaurants was also great - no matter what your appetite. But what really separates this hotel is their service; they truly care about their guests. For example, the last time we were there, our flight home was in jeopardy of being cancelled because of bad weather. The concierge, Alexandra, was amazing: she was extremely helpful in locating alternate flights and checking on the status of our existing one. She was calm and professional in the eye of the storm - literally! Also, as returning guests, the staff made sure to acknowledge that fact. When you stay at a hotel, you always look for those extra special touches - and The Redbury definitely delivered on that.

  • Shelly was amazing !!!!

    I had the most amazing time staying at The Redbury. When I was faced with a bit of a dilemma upon checking in, Shelley took matters into her own hands and provided me with a beautiful suite to accommodate my stay. She was very caring and you can tell she enjoyed what her occupation is. Excellent customer service and I am definitely considering coming her for my bday.

  • Nice location Nice Hotel

    It is a nice Hotel, clean, tidy and with good location. The room was fine, and everyone was pleasant. The restaurant is probably good since it was always full, but I did not try.

  • Very small rooms

    The hotel is well located in Manhattan, but the rooms are very small and the beds quite worn. There is no space to store luggage, no kettle is provided. The on site restaurant and cafe are very noisy. The 'free' coffee requires that you ask in the cafe and queue with general customers. Would not recommend.
